Francis is a seasoned environmental consultant specialized in flora and fauna ecology, agroforestry, biodiversity conservation and mapping, environmental and social impact assessments (ESIA), environmental audits (EA) and occupational health and safety.
Francis holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Egerton University and a Master of Science in forestry from Lakehead University, Canada.
Previously, Francis served as a director at Kenya Forestry Research Institute (KEFRI) in charge of forestry and integrated watershed management.
