Loise is a certified sustainability professional with a legal and finance background and 16 years of experience. She is an expert in capital markets, climate adaptation finance, ESG integration and reporting, and corporate commercial law; gained from private law practice and from the capital markets industry.

Loise holds a Masters in Law (LL.M) in Public Finance and Financial Services Law from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the same university. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a GRI certified sustainability professional, a certified company secretary, an accredited governance auditor and a certified expert in climate adaptation finance from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

Loise is passionate about helping companies address the shift in assessment of corporate performance to one that includes both financial and non-financial performance; through identification, measurement, integration and reporting of ESG performance in a manner that addresses stakeholder needs and builds long-term value for businesses.
