In her role at Protos Capital as Sustainability Associate, Yvonne Ngicho supports the Managing Partner and Project Leads in sustainability projects development, implementation and reporting in the environmental, economic, and social and governance thematic areas – through research, proposal writing, consultancy, training and stakeholders management. She holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Gender and Development Studies from Kenyatta University.

Her previous professional experiences have been in training, research, community development, policy compliance, programs and projects management, stakeholder’s management, curriculum development, report writing and documentation. Her foot print in the sustainability development agenda has been through service in organizations such as Kilimanjaro Blind Trust Africa, Pearson, Koinonia Community, Sauti Kuu Foundation, Kenya Youth and Employment, United Nations Development Program, Kenyatta University Funeral Home, Inter university Research Studies ( Universitat Trier, Germany and Kenyatta University, Kenya), Africans Living In View of Eternity and Students Campaign Against Drugs.

Yvonne Ngicho is a result oriented and a transformative leader. She is confident that good governance together with policy formulation and implementation are key ingredients in achievement of sustainable development. She is committed to solving environmental, social and governance challenges through innovative solutions embedded in policy frame works.

For leisure she loves reading, spending time in nature, listening to music and helping others. She also fears the Lord God and upholds high integrity and work ethics.
